A student in the Air Conditioning/Electrical program will be introduced to careers centering on the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Skills learned in the classroom will include working with compressors, relays, and thermostats; recovering and recycling refrigerants; learning related plumbing and electrical skills; fabricating sheet metal; and installing, servicing, and maintaining residential or commercial heating, refrigeration, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
